It’s 9:30 am and I’m debating if I should just lay here and rest or… do stuff

Ah, the classic 9:30 AM crossroads. Honestly, sometimes just lying there for an extra 15 or 20 minutes is exactly what the brain needs to actually *want* to do stuff later.

If you want a middle ground so you don't feel stuck in limbo, you could try a quick compromise:

 * **The 10-Minute Rule:** Give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing until 9:45 AM. Clear guilt-free resting.

 * **The "One Tiny Thing" Launch:** When the clock hits 9:45, get up and do just *one* small, low-effort task. No pressure to do a whole running list. Just one thing to get the momentum moving.

How are you leaning right now? Pure rest, or do you have a specific task hanging over your head that's making it hard to relax?
